Skinless, boneless chicken breasts are Grade A, USDA. Chicken breasts answer the daily question, “What’s for dinner?” The frozen 10-pound package of chicken breasts is cost effective because they are wrapped individually. You can just take out as many as you need and return the balance to the freezer.
Before you went Keto, you likely ate chicken 3-4 times a week, because it’s a lean, high-protein, low-fat food. For the same reasons, chicken isn’t a top choice for Keto dieters.
